Forgot your password?

For your security, passwords are reset by your administrator — not by email.

1. Contact your company administrator or the Colombo ERP support team.
2. They set a temporary password for you (CEO Settings → Users).
3. Sign in with it; you will be asked to choose a new password straight away.

Sign-in locked after wrong passwords? Wait until the time shown has passed and try again, or ask your administrator to unlock it.
